Also known as The LEARNABILITY Man), Ian is a leading expert in Self Directed Learning and runs personal development accelerators (called Learning Clubs) that help participants create their own methodology for strengthening their skill set and getting up their career ladder at the ideal speed.
Based in Barcelona, Spain, Ian has 35+ years’ experience in the field of personal development.
As well as running personal development accelerators, lan is a TEDx speaker, a certified facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and a communications trainer at the prestigious IESE Business School. He is also the CEO of his own educational theatre company IPA Productions, one of the leading TIE companies in Europe.

He is an executive contributor to Brainz Magazine He works in both Spanish and English and is a past President of Professional Speakers Association Spain.

Ian studied Astrophysics at St. Andrews, Post-graduate in Education at Cambridge and an MBA with the Open University, UK.
